Situated in Eastern Ontario, on 300 acres of pristine countryside. Three access roads provide easy access to all the property. Two on the north and one on the south interconnecting with each other, the northwest access road opens into about 7 acres of open cut grass, near a large marsh ideal for medium to large groups.

The northeast road brings you into the heart of mixed forest with smaller campsites . The South access road enters into about 50 acres of level fields with the grass cut, naturally divided into 5 sections by small tree lines yet open enough to provide easy supervision of all the area. Complete with a pole barn of 20ft by 30 ft. The interconnecting roads are for staff vehicles only, but pedestrian traffic any time.

The camp offers different types of camping whether it is bush camping or open fields at either the north or south ends large or small groups young or old.

Apple Hill Scout Reserve would like to thank the Trillium Foundation for their support. They have assisted us in purchasing equipment for camp, including skies and snowshoes.

Was at camp this weekend and watched as 7th Kanata did outdoor camping. What an experience it must have been for the youth. The temp on Sat night must have hit -25.
When I went out on Sunday morning there was a young Scout who came over and said I’ve got my winter camping badge, what a smile he had. Only 2 youth and 4 leaders managed to stay out on Sat night. (13 on Friday sleep out)
To see his excitement was most enjoyable for me. What a difference we may in the life of youths.

Great play structure. I can’t wait to see the youth playing on it! See you at JOTA!

Was at Camp this weekend and heard rumors that someone, took a swim from the rope bridge.
I believe he was just showing the youth that there was not really a problem if they also fell of the bridge.
Keep posted pic’s to follow soon.
